Once again, too busy to blog! - Maui Photographer Karma Hill

I find myself getting so busy that I just don't have time to blog! This is a great problem to have, so I am not complaining, just wish I could be more regular about posting.

Rather than try to catch up a months worth of blogs I will start with the past week or so.

Steve and I had our dear friends Kendra and Phil in town, I took some time off and we all went to Lanai to camp. We had an amazing time and the weather was PERFECT! We swam with wild dolphins and explored the island by Jeep. I don't think I have every been so dirty as when we finished an all day Jeep adventure down red dirt roads! I have attached a picture of Shipwreck beach where a WW2 era tanker came to rest after the navy unsuccessfully tried to sink it. Also a picture of the Jeep with one of the amazing beaches that are totally undeveloped in the rear view mirror. The other picture is near "The Garden of the Gods" an area where there is tons of red dirt and cool rock formations caused by erosion.

I will upload dolphin pics when I get them developed, I was using a cheapie underwater camera since I have yet to buy underwater housing for my digital camera.

I had the pleasure of working with a couple of large groups one first group was from the East coast celebrating a 50 year wedding anniversary, I think that is quite the accomplishment! They were so much fun to work with and all the kids (and parents) had such great energy and personality. It made for some great pictures!

Then on the other end of the spectrum I had a couple on their honeymoon getting some couples portraits to remember the great time they had on their Maui Honeymoon!

I had some very nice smaller families in between but since I am so behind I won't post all of the great people I worked with.

I will try to start my daily posts back up this week.

I just have to say, that I am so grateful to all of my customers for choosing Good Karma Photography, I have the best time working with all of you and I am so lucky to have the opportunity to help you remember what a fantastic time you had in this magical place!
