Maui Milestones - The Dunlap Family's Maui Portraits

With four bright, energetic teens in the mix, the Dunlap's Maui Family Portraits were an absolute pleasure to capture. Between a Georgetown bound high school senior, terrific twins, and a growing gymnast, there is always something going on for this Illinois family. Thus, taking some time for family bonding in paradise before their oldest heads for college was very important to them. Despite this magnificent mom being a professional photographer, this was the first time the whole Dunlap crew had a professional portrait taken themselves. Hey, when you're always taking the pictures, there's no time to be in them! We are so glad we got to change that for this darling group. Sunny Days & Loving Ways - Cidni & Kevin's Maui Beach Elopement

Treated to the exact night they wanted for the elopement, Cidni and Kevin were beyond words when we met them by the sparkling sea. Stunning blue ocean, dramatic coastline, and dreamy soft light all combined to create a spectacular setting that the Montana newlyweds got to revel in. We were so excited to be their Maui Elopement Photographer because they were so sweet, and totally up for anything. Whatever it took to get the perfect shot, they were ready. With ten years worth of foundation for the North Carolina couple, Rachel and John are more than ready for the new adventure they are beginning. Beacon Of Beauty - Abigail & Stephen's Maui Maternity Portraits

Where do we begin with Abigail and Stephen? First, they are one of the sweetest couples you will ever meet and we absolutely adored them! Second, that dress!!! The color, the fit, the flow - it was perfect!!! We cannot say enough about the color combination these Nebraska natives chose. Stunning!!! On island to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary and babymoon, our fabulous new friends were loving the morning Baldwin beach graced them with. Despite a little sprinkle in the beginning, the sun was ready to make an appearance by the end of our Maui Maternity Portraits with them. First Of Many - The Ojala Family's Maui Portraits

To celebrate Baby Kennedy's first time on Maui, the Ojala Family wanted to commemorate the trip with a Maui Family Portrait. Also their first professional photo as a family of three! What a wonderful milestone! At eight months old, this little ray of sunshine was good as gold while we captured her precious smiles. Though she had been getting over cold, we could not have asked for a better baby model. Adding to the fun, the rest of Kindra's family joined in for some family bonding photos as well. Wanting to capture cousins in action, we had a blast as the group size grew and the laughter rang out. When you're a professional photographer, you're often so caught up in capturing everyone and everything around you, there's no proof you were there! The beaming and beautiful mom in this cute quartet is Errin Hiltbrand, one of the best photographers I know! Seriously, check out her work, it's amazing!!! Time Standing Still - Cindy & Darren's Maui Anniversary Portrait

After three and a half decades of happily ever after to their names, Cindy and Darren were so excited to celebrate with a Maui Anniversary Portrait. A profound love of the ocean brings the adorable Alberta couple back to our shores time after time and we loved getting to see their obvious affection for one another. Rainbow Delight - Jamie Lynn & Daniel's Maui Elopement

After visiting the Lanai Cat Sanctuary in honor of their precious Calico back home in New York, Jamie-Lynn and Daniel were so excited for their intimate Maui Elopement on the North Shore. Actually staying in the awesome town of Paia, they fully embraced the Aloha Spirit while here and were, in turn, treated to an amazing scene - a stunning rainbow! With brunch at the famed Mama's Fish House to follow their special moment, it was certainly a day to remember and one we are honored to have been able to capture. Mountain's Majesty - Katherine & David's Maui Beach Elopement

The beauty of the West Maui Mountains graced the ceremony of Katherine and David's Maui Beach Elopement. For Katherine, the sight of the mountains reminded her of home, the thought one of comfort. Enchanting Escape - Amy & AJ's Maui Elopement

With the cloud-filtered sunlight cascading down upon them, Amy and AJ arrived to the picture perfect shore for their Maui Elopement. After years together, they knew it was the right time for them to make their bond extra official by tying the knot. Wearing a watch his stunning bride gifted him years ago, AJ was all smiles as stared into the eyes of his beloved. Amy was a vision in white as she married the man of her dreams. With their family spread all over the continental U.S., they felt like it would be best to have an intimate escape where they could just focus on one another. For their first visit to our fair isle, the Cragun Family wanted to capture some of the simple beauty of the island with a Maui Family Portrait. Instead of lava rocks and palm trees, they chose a focus centered around the clean, crisp beauty of the sand, sky, and sea. This gorgeous Utah group was full of beaming smiles for their organized poses but the real magic came about when they let lose on the beach. Having been married in November, this was a Honeymoon of sorts for the adorable San Fransisco couple.
