The Davy family happened to visit Maui during the soggiest week we have had in probably a year, we had to re-schedule their portrait session twice, but we were finally able to make it happen when the sun came out! They wanted to capture some images to celebrate their youngest son's first birthday as well as some fun family shots. Their little one was a serious little guy who only wanted one thing, to run straight into the crashing waves! It always amazes me how some kids just have no fear at all! I ended up just following them around as they played and had fun getting wet and sandy. I love to do this as I feel it really captures the kids fun and energetic little selves.
