Seashells, Puppydogs and Shrimp, oh the things we do sometimes to get a smile out of those little ones! Having a huge camera pointed at you can make anyone a little nervous or standoffish and this is no exception for small children. Knowing this is the case, we have all sorts of things we do to get the kids to relax and smile and this time we had to pull out almost all our tricks! I have some fun seashell props that got this little guy interested, my assistant Marissa had to pretend she was a puppy and his favorite toy Shrimp from Bubba Gump's had to be in a few photos in order to get these cute images. It is all in a day's work when you shoot family portraits :) This cute family had fun playing together on DT Fleming beach on a bright sunny morning and I had fun capturing them enjoying their Maui vacation.
