While I was in Seattle visiting family I had the pleasure to photography little Princess Elizabeth, she is almost 4 months old and the sweetest little thing. Her mom Lillian is a close friend of our family and one of the sweetest people you have ever met. It gave me great joy to capture this precious little on for Lillian and Duane. This post is also a "Photo Tip" since I have not posted any photo tips in a while, these photos were taken in my parents dining room. All you need for studio looking photos is some really good natural light and some solid backdrops. Since I didn't have all my equipment with me we improvised with some black sheets found at Target for $2.50 and some white poster board from my mom's craft room! The white poster board acted as both a backdrop and a reflector to fill in any shadows around the eyes. We set up in a corner where two large windows met mid day so the light was streaming in from above.
