Aloha! Tonight Jen and I got to work with a family of 15 from Las Vegas. It was fun to see all the grandkids interacting together, they were all so cute! They were also some of the most happy and un-fussy kids I have ever worked with! We started out at the Westin Kaanapali and worked our way to the Beach having fun and laughing the whole time. On the way back to Central Maui where both Jen and I live, we stopped at the Maalaea Grill to have a glass of wine and I got some food to go for Steve and I. I must say, I had the BEST salad I have had in a long long time! If you ever find yourself there, do yourself a favor and order the Seared Ahi Dinner Salad. It has this great creamy spicy garlic dressing, baby greens, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and roasted red pepper. I got Steve the Cajun shrimp Mac and Cheese which was also very good!
