We met the Mutz family at Southside Beach for their Maui family portrait shoot. Maui is a special place for this family. They return every year and always stay in the same place. We were so excited they chose us to be their Maui photographer to help them remember all of their special times on this Hawaiian island. They were such a high-energy fun family, we had no trouble getting them to jump in the waves, climb up the lava rocks, make goofy faces at the camera, and even play a game of "baby chucking" (tossing their baby up in the air between mom & dad). The sun stayed hidden behind the clouds throughout their shoot until the very end. We went underneath the trees and took some portraits with the sun shining down through the beautiful green leaves.
