Robert and Larissa were married last year, but never had a real wedding celebration with photos, so Larissa, decided that their Maui honeymoon would be a perfect opportunity to get the wedding photos she missed out on. I love it when couples let me be creative and choose new and fun spots for their portraits. I have been itching to try out this location high above the Wailea coastline for a while now and it was a perfect fit for Robert and Larissa's portraits. There were quite a few clouds in the sky which gave the light a soft dreamy feel to it, so I used that as my inspiration to create a soft pastel scene for them. The sunset was AMAZING and broke through the pastel look from earlier in the evening to explode into a burst of bright colors. Maui never disappoints when it comes to amazing scenery, I truly never tire of shooting in this wonderful place!
